At Kratom Stand, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Should you have any concerns with your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your purchase to discuss potential resolutions, such as a refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be in their original, unopened, and untampered packaging. Due to product integrity standards, we cannot accept returns on opened items for refunds.

For exchanges or store credit, the original product must be returned. While the condition requirements are less stringent for store credit returns, all returned items are subject to inspection.

Shipping Considerations

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Kratom Stand covers the shipping costs for replacement items sent as part of an approved exchange.

Important Note: Kratom Stand reserves the right to assess all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Reshipment of returned items is not offered.
